5. Voice Data and Usage

When you use our voice cloning features, you agree to the following:

• You have the right to use and upload any voice samples you provide
• You understand that voice cloning technology should be used responsibly
• You will not use our service to create voice content of individuals without their consent
• You will not use voice cloning for deceptive or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to process any voice data that we reasonably believe violates these terms or could harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

Our service, website, and related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our express written permission.
